Each counselling session with us lasts 50 to 60 minutes, giving you plenty of time to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe space.
A counselling session usually lasts 50 to 60 minutes. You’ll have space to talk through what’s on your mind with care and confidentiality, and your counsellor may also share practical ideas to support you between sessions.
Yes, you can speak with your counsellor outside of your sessions. Their availability will be set by them.

The Elevate Programme is a psychoeducation and wellbeing course. It is structured, practical, and CBT-informed, but it is not a substitute for individual therapy or medical care.
That’s common. Many tools fail because they’re used at the wrong time, in the wrong way, or without structure. The Elevate Programme focuses on understanding the “why” and building strategies you can realistically repeat.
No. If you are in crisis, feel at risk, or are struggling with safety, please seek urgent support via your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services (999). This programme is not a crisis service.
No preparation is required. If you choose to, you can bring a notebook, but everything is designed to be clear and approachable.
