Who the Elevate Programme is for?

The Elevate Programme is a structured, educational programme for adults who feel stuck in recurring patterns such as stress, anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, self-doubt, or burnout.

Elevate is not therapy or counselling.


It does not involve diagnosis, trauma processing, or emotional treatment.

Instead, Elevate focuses on understanding how your mind works under pressure and learning practical tools to change how you respond day-to-day — at work, at home, and in real-world situations.

Elevate Core (6 Sections)

Elevate Core is a structured psychoeducation programme built around CBT-informed principles and solution-focused techniques. It gives you a clear framework for understanding how your mind works under pressure — and what to do differently when stress, anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm kicks in.

What’s included:
  • 6 in-person sessions

  • Practical tools and strategies you can use immediately

  • Reflection prompts and exercises to help you apply learning to real life

  • A clear model of “what’s happening and why” — so you can respond differently

Elevate Plus (10 sessions)

Elevate Plus includes everything in Elevate Core, with four additional sessions designed to deepen your understanding and strengthen long-term progress. This option is recommended if you’ve been stuck in patterns for a while, or you want more depth, time, and support to build lasting change.

ELEVATE CORE — 6 SESSIONS

Session 1: Understanding Your Mind Under Pressure

Focus: Stress, overwhelm, and your “default settings”

  • Why your brain reacts the way it does

  • The cycle of thoughts, emotions, physical symptoms, and behaviour

  • Identifying your personal triggers and patterns

  • A simple framework to track what’s happening day-to-day

Session 3: Mood, Motivation, and Emotional Energy

Focus: Low mood, burnout, and “I can’t be bothered” patterns

  • How mood impacts thinking and behaviour

  • Why motivation often comes after action

  • Breaking the avoidance cycle

  • Creating small wins that build real momentum

Session 5: Coping Tools That Actually Work (and Why)

Focus: Regulation and emotional control

  • Grounding and regulation tools for stress/anxiety

  • Breathing and nervous system resets (short + realistic)

  • What to do in the first 90 seconds of a spiral

  • Creating a simple “calm plan” you can follow

Session 2: Anxiety, Overthinking, and the Need for Certainty

Session 4: Self-Belief, Confidence, and Inner Talk
