ADHD Counselling and Coaching for Adults

Understanding ADHD as an adult can bring up a lot. For some people, it brings relief. For others, it can bring grief, frustration, confusion, or a sense of finally having words for things that have felt difficult for years.

Paige is a fully qualified, BACP registered integrative counsellor and coach who supports adults affected by ADHD in a range of ways. You may be navigating your own ADHD diagnosis, exploring whether ADHD may explain your experiences, supporting a partner with ADHD, or parenting a child with ADHD and beginning to recognise familiar patterns in yourself.

Paige offers a warm, thoughtful and practical space where you can better understand yourself, reduce self-criticism and begin building support that fits the way your mind actually works.
Counselling in Tavistock
Her work blends traditional talking therapy with coaching techniques. This allows clients to explore emotions, identity, relationships and past experiences, while also developing practical strategies for day-to-day life.

Support for Late-Diagnosed Adults
Paige has a particular interest in supporting adults who are discovering and making sense of an ADHD identity later in life.

She understands that diagnosis, or even the possibility of diagnosis, can bring mixed emotions. You may feel relieved that things finally make sense. You may also feel sadness or anger about the years spent masking, overcompensating or blaming yourself.

Paige brings both professional expertise and lived experience to this work, having been diagnosed with ADHD at thirty. Her personal journey deepened her understanding of neurodivergence and helped shape her compassionate, informed and validating approach.

For many clients, the work is not only about managing ADHD symptoms. It is also about unmasking, understanding old survival strategies, reconnecting with authenticity and learning how to live with more ease.

Paige's Background
Paige’s route into therapy was not linear.

Originally from Miami with South American roots, Paige moved to the UK in 2008. Her multicultural background and experience of immigration have shaped her open, curious and non-judgemental way of understanding people.

Before becoming a therapist, Paige worked across hospitality, administration, and the film and television industries in London and Miami. These experiences gave her a deep appreciation for people from different backgrounds, cultures and walks of life.

After her own ADHD diagnosis, Paige’s experience of education changed. With greater self-understanding and tailored support, she achieved a distinction in her postgraduate counselling diploma.
She later worked within a university setting, supporting students through significant life transitions, many of whom were navigating ADHD, autism or questions around neurodivergence.

This combination of professional training, personal insight and real-world experience allows Paige to support clients with warmth, depth and honesty.

Whole-Person Support
With a humanistic foundation at the centre of her work, Paige believes healing begins within safe, authentic relationships.

She draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, alongside her background in yoga, mindfulness and NLP-informed coaching, to support the whole person: mind, body and emotional experience.

Paige is especially passionate about helping people develop self-compassion, reconnect with their authentic selves and live with greater confidence, clarity and alignment.
