Natasha Roskruge – CBT Therapist & Counsellor in Saltash (Near Plymouth)
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming — like you’re holding everything together externally while internally feeling anxious, exhausted, or mentally drained.
You don’t have to carry it alone.
I’m Natasha Roskruge, a CBT therapist and counsellor based in Saltash, supporting young adults and adults in Plymouth and across the UK with anxiety, stress, overthinking, burnout, low confidence, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
I offer both in-person counselling near Plymouth and online CBT therapy across the UK.

My Approach
Practical, Down-to-Earth CBT Therapy
Clients often want a therapist who feels approachable, relatable, and easy to talk to.
My approach is warm, supportive, and non-judgemental, creating a comfortable space where you can speak openly without pressure.
Alongside counselling, I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques and practical tools that can support everyday life.
Understand thinking patterns
Challenge unhelpful thoughts
Reduce anxiety and overthinking
Build confidence and resilience
Manage stress and boundaries
Gain clarity and direction

Professional Background
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in business
development and recruitment, giving me insight into:
-
Workplace stress and pressure
-
Burnout and work-life balance
-
Career uncertainty and transitions
-
Confidence and performance anxiety
This experience helps me support professionals, students, and individuals facing real-world pressures and challenges.

A Bit About Me
I understand that opening up to someone new can feel daunting, so I aim to make sessions feel as natural and comfortable as possible.
Outside of therapy, I value growth, connection, and perspective. I enjoy spending time outdoors with my dog, and I’ve also spent time living and working in Costa Rica supporting underprivileged communities — an experience that continues to shape how I support others today.
